All dealings and transactions are conducted directly between Service Providers and Visitors.

3. Eligibility of Service Providers

To be listed on MalaysiaMSME.com:

Businesses must be registered in Malaysia or primarily operating within Malaysia
Businesses must qualify as micro, small, or medium enterprises (MSMEs) under applicable Malaysian definitions

MalaysiaMSME.com reserves the right to:

Reject or remove listings that do not meet these criteria
Request supporting documents or verification where necessary

4. User Responsibilities (Visitors & Providers)

By using this platform, all users agree that:

You will not submit or publish false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

15. Verification of Published Content

Corrections must be reported within seven (7) working days
If no notice is received, content is deemed accepted
The platform shall not be responsible thereafter
